Data Analyst - customer trends (Richmond, VA)

Summit Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Richmond. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
