Data Analyst - customer trends (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Yarrow Legal Group is a Richmond practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
