Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Reno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
