Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Summit Quill Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 628 people based in Reno. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
