Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group is a Reno practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
