Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Reno. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
