Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Cedar Junction Water Authority Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in capital projects and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter reading. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
