Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Glen Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
