Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
