Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
