Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Corner Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer estimates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
