Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on equipment calibration. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
