Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Lumen Cross Banking Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on account openings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
