Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment.
