Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Ironwood Meridian Hospitality Associates is a hospitality company in Knoxville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 220 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
