Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
