Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Birmingham. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
