Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Richmond. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
