Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
