Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Clear Farms Group is an agricultural business based around San Antonio. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
