Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Clear Freight Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on loads and lanes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
