Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Amber Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Tampa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
