Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Civic Services works with county and city offices around Phoenix, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on budget submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
