Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Foods Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
