Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Nest Financial Group serves customers across Reno with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
