Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Charlotte, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 796 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
