Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Iron Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Providence, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
