Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Beacon Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
