Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Clearpath Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Miami. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
