Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Bright Early Learning runs childcare centres in Raleigh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
