Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Pine Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in regulatory reports and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
