Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Fern Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Charlotte, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in claims and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
