Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Oak Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Savannah, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
