Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Madison, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
