Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Granite Water Authority Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 469 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in meter reading and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on capital projects. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
