Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Ironwood Wren Civic Services works with county and city offices around Dallas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
