Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge North Medical is a San Antonio company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
