Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Care Services Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
