Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 222 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
