Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Hollow Transit Planning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fare systems and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
