Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Nest Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Investigate trends in water quality and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on capital projects. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
