Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
