Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Thistle Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
