Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
