Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Willow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Richmond area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 651 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
