Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Cedar Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Anchorage region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
