Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook River Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
