Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Farms is an agricultural business based around Raleigh. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
