Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Juniper Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 544 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
