Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Summit Bridge Transit Planning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on accessibility audits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
